These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UKTourMasters website located at uktourmasters.com (the "Website"), operated by PASSPORTA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (hereinafter "UKTourMasters", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website or book any tour services offered through it.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you must not:

All bookings made through UKTourMasters are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation email from us and payment has been received.
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. UKTourMasters reserves the right to amend prices due to changes in taxes, exchange rates, or supplier costs. You will be notified of any price changes before completing your booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to info@uktourmasters.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

UKTourMasters acts as an organiser of tours and travel experiences. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we cannot accept liability for:
Our total liability to you in connection with any tour shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that tour.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Katowice, Poland.
